Pallet labelling
The right labeller for your application.
Most industrial manufacturers use labels to identify their pallets.
One option is to use an identification system to print and apply labels. If this option is for you, choose our 100% electric label printer and applicator. The label is printed using a thermal transfer printer and is then applied to one or two sides of the pallet, or even to a corner if required.
We use thermal transfer printing systems in our label printer and applicators. This type of system is ideal when the legibility of the print image is key. Thermal transfer systems are also highly suited to printing bar codes and QR codes, both of which are used for logistics labels.
Another option is to simply apply preprinted labels. Our label applicator is perfect for this.
Automatic data transfer
Our labelling systems are fully integrated into your production processes to prevent labelling errors. They pull their print files directly from your ERP system, always sending the correct label to the conveyor via the interfaces.
Plus, using Nicelabel makes it easy to produce labels, as well as to manage and monitor the whole labelling process.
Now there is no reason not to have a fully automatic labelling process.
No housing needed
Since the application process is sensor monitored, our 100% electrically powered labelling systems do not require safety housing.
But if your production conditions are extreme and do require housing, we can, of course, provide it. This could be the case for particularly high or low temperatures, or high levels of dust, for example.
Several label-size options
DIN A5 format labels are generally used for pallets, i.e. dimensions of 148 x 210 mm.
Our labellers allow you to apply this size and much bigger, up to maximum dimensions of 167 x 355 mm.
Much smaller labels can also be processed, down to minimum dimensions of 13 x 26 mm.
