This system should be easy to operate, work reliably and be inexpensive to purchase.<\/p>\n<p>If your application runs in a timed fashion and you need the system to print on a film, label or similar flat product, hot stamping is the way to go.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tHow is the print image created with a hot stamper?\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Our hot stamping systems work with <strong>type holders<\/strong> on which the text or graphic to be printed is set with the help of <strong>types<\/strong> or graphics are applied with the help of <strong>clich\u00e9s<\/strong> or engravings.<\/p>\n<p>This type holder is heated in the printing system and pressed against the surface to be printed by a pneumatic cylinder for printing. <strong>Pressure and heat<\/strong> are used to transfer the ink from the <strong>ink film<\/strong> located between the type holder and the product to the product.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tWhat do I need to run an Allen S-Compact in my application?\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>In order to integrate an Allen S-Compact printing system into your application, you will need not only the hot stamping system itself, but also a <strong>fixture<\/strong> with a <strong>geged printing plate<\/strong>.
