Act on Due Diligence in the Supply Chain (LkSG)
The German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) obliges companies in Germany to disclose their due diligence measures to prevent and reduce the risks of human rights violations and environmental damage.
One of the requirements of this law is a documented procedure for submitting complaints about possible violations.
