Device return

How to return devices to Diagraph:

• Download the return form on the Diagraph website
• Fill out the form with Adobe Acrobat Reader (not possible web-based)
  Send the completed form in advance by e-mail to Diagraph
• Also print out the form and put it in the package
• Pack the device securely for transportation (ideally in the original box)
• Send the parcel to the return address specified in the form

Download the device return form from the site, fill it out using Adobe Acrobat Reader (the form cannot be filled out web-based) and email it to Diagraph. Print a copy and enclose it with your package so that your order can be processed quickly and correctly.

Yes - the return form is mandatory. Diagraph expressly requests that you enclose a printed copy of the completed form with the package. Without this form, processing may be delayed or made more difficult.

No - the form cannot be filled out web-based. You must open and complete it using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Then print it out and enclose the printed version with the package.
