We recently received a 2010 Allen NGT thermal transfer printer for inspection. Although you can see the printer’s years in production, it still performs reliably. By replacing the wear parts, it will be in use for many more years.
We firmly believe that repairability, durability and robustness are crucial aspects of sustainability. A longer printer lifecycle means a smaller environmental footprint and a smaller carbon footprint. Our printing systems are often in use for 10 years or more and in most cases can be repaired afterwards.
