Is the Allen S-Compact the right printing system for my application?

You need a system to label your products where the print is only changed infrequently, e.g. once a day. This system should be easy to operate, work reliably and be inexpensive to purchase.

If your application runs in cycles and the system needs to print on a film, label or similar flat product, hot stamping technology is the right choice for you.

How is the print image created with a hot stamping press?

Our hot stamping printing systems work with type holders on which the text or graphic to be printed is set with the help of type or graphics are applied with the help of clichés or engravings.

This type holder is heated in the printing system and pressed against the surface to be printed by a pneumatic cylinder for printing. Pressure and heat are used to transfer the ink from the ink film between the type holder and the product to the product.

What do I need to operate an ALLEN S-COMPACT in my application?

To integrate an ALLEN S-COMPACT printing system into your application, you need a holder with a printing plate in addition to the hot stamping system itself. A 230V and a pneumatic connection are required to operate the printer.

You need type holders and types for text or numbers or clichés with the required graphics for the desired imprint.

For printing, you need color foils, which we offer in various colors and widths to match your print.
